I've been trying all of the different suggestions (unpairing, pairing, etc.) and I simply cannot get the Apple TV to respond to any of the Harmony One commands.
I have tried the Unpairing suggestion and that just unpaired the actual Apple Remote from the Apple TV which took a bit of time to get working again.
I have tried manually synching the Apple Remote to the H1 and that didn't work.
It doesn't seem to be a delay issue because the lights on the Apple TV would respond in some way, and they aren't.
Any other suggestions? Everything else on the H1 works perfectly from the PS3 to my amp, TiVo and TV.
The Apple TV works fine with the regular remote and using my iPhone's Remote app. Just not the H1.
Help!

Hello Lucky1715,
If you looked at FAQ 8404, after the Apple TV unpaired with the original remote, did the Harmony remote start working?
If the Apple TV still doesn't work with the Harmony remote after following the steps in the FAQ, please try learning the IR commands from the device's original remote as raw.
- Click on the 'Devices' tab.
- Click the 'Learn IR' button beside the appropriate device.
- At the bottom of the interface, look for the "Custom" button and click on that to display the "Learn as raw" feature.
- Look for the commands that you need to learn as raw and use the "Learn as raw" button.
