Harmony Remotes - Programming

I'm trying to program my Harmony remote so that when I play a DVD or Blu-Ray that the volume on my Samsung TV is automatically set to 0 and the volume on my AV receiver is set at the level I want.  I can, obviously, use the volume Up/Down key to change the volume on either device.  However, I'd like to do it automatically so I don't have to mess with it.

Any suggestions?

Unless your TV has a Speaker On/Off button on the original remote, the only other way is to add several Volume down commands to the start of your Activity, or if your TV has the option of turning off the speakers through the TV's menu, you could add the needed command to the start of your Activity and add the necessary command to turn the speakers back on at the end of the Activity.
