Harmony Remotes - Programming

I have a Watch PVR activity that turns on both my PVR and TV and a Watch TV activity that turns on only the TV. Both activities use the TV to control the volume. When the PVR comes on the volume level is significantly higher than the level when only the TV is on during my Watch TV activity. I want to add a sequence of commands to the Watch PVR activity that will reduce the volume level on the TV when the activity starts. I went into Settings on the PVR activity and selected the option to have more control. However, when I click on Next the only screen presented is a list of devices used for the activity and devices available for use. There seems to be no way to add the TV volume commands. Am I missing something here?.

Proceed to the next page without adding any further devices .... you have just stopped too soon.

This is not uncommon as the button to preceeed isn't labels "Next" but rather "Save" (if my memory is correct).

Thank you RemoteVisitor. That did the trick. I was able to add a series of Volume down commands when switching to my Watch PVR activity so it no longer blasts the volume when we switch from Watch TV to Watch PVR.
