Harmony Remotes - Programming

I have Comcast using a Motorola cable box DCH3200 (HD, non DVR) and

cannot program my Harmony 550 "OK " button to respond to the DCH3200 "Select" button. I have tried learning from database, raw, and by direct IR. All other buttons work correctly.

I also tried to learn the Select function on another Harmony button, but no effect.

If there are any ideas or suggestion, help is appreciated.

Hi tioga26,

From your post, you have tried everything on your end. I recommend you email support and include everything you mentioned in your post. I would also make sure you learn in raw before sending the email, so they can compare the raw code to the one in our database.

Omar,  Thanks for your quick response.  I am contacting Logitech Support for assistance. I am hoping its a software issue and not a hardware defect.

I have the same problem. This box is apparently not recognized. And the software puts in a hyphen (DCH-3200) although I entered it without a hyphen.
