I just cloned my 550 over to a new account login that made more sense amongst the jumbled myriad of remote account Login names I have accumulated as I added more and more Harmony remotes for our home, cottage, RV, etc.
I discovered, however, that in the year since I initially set up my 55 for the Sony STR-DE598 AV Receiver that you have removed a number of its IR commands from the data base. Thus I can no longer achieve the same functionality I had before!
These are commands that do NOT appear on the Sony IR Remote, thus they can not be learned. But they are commands the Receiver understands.
They include such commands as:
InputAM
InputFM
EqualizerBassDown
EqualizerBassUp
EqualizerTrebleDown
EqualizerTrebleUp
Is it possible to access these IR commands in your data base somehow, so that I can get my 550 functioning again as it always has before?

This is one for Logitech support.
Send them the details of the account, device, and commands, that are complete; ask them to do the transfer to the new set.
