Harmony 1100 and Panasonic 65PY800 power on TV

While making process TV it's impossible to give command to switch TV on.

Nevertheless it's possible to give switch on command from devices sub menu by pressing "switch on" for approximately 5 sec.

 

Is it possible to fix this problem?

 

Devices: Harmony 1100 and Panasonic 65PY800

Hi,

yes it's fixable. You need to contact Logitech and ask them to have the duration field for your Panasonic enabled. This makes you able to determine how long the power command for the TV is sent.

I've wrote an e-mail via Logitech Harmony Remote Software. With PID included is it enough?
