Harmony 550 - DVD diretional buttons move twice when pushed

I just got my first Harmony and I am loving it already. I have everything setup but the main DVD play has one quirk. When I push any directonal button (up, down, left, right), it respond twice even though I pushed once. If I put my hand in front of the IR fast enough, it will only move once.

 

Any thoughts on fixing this?

Go into the Troubleshooting section for your DVD device .... then look for a problem something like "My device responds too much to some commands" (I cannot remember the exact wording).      This will take you to a page where you can specify the number of times a command is repeated (the default is usually 3) .... lower the number of repeats.
