Make sure that when your pressing the command called "InputNext" you listed all the inputs in the exact order using the Method1:

1st Delay to Consider:

Then if your TV is not switching to the correct input from OFF STATE then try to change the PowerON delay

( To determine the PowerON delay try to turn on the TV using the original remote Power button OR the PowerToggle/PowerON on the remote device mode and 'Count how many seconds it takes to turn ON" e.g. 10seconds = 10000)

2nd Delay to Consider:

If the TV is 1 input short then try to increase the Input Delay (e.g. If it is already in 500, then try to use 1000,1500,2000)
