I own a Harmony 550 remote which has worked fine for some time now, however just recently every time I start a macro command the remote reboots. I have replaced the batteries, I have wiped the remote clean and reprogramed it, all with the same outcome. I just call Logitech and they want $30 to talk to anybody (what customer service!). If anybody can help that would be great, this is my last step before throwing the remote in the trash and going and buying one of the competitor brands (hopefully with some customer services)
In advance thanks for your time and help......
Mackey

Hi Mackey - let us have some more details so that we can look further into it for you.
What ARE these "macros" that have been causing the problem?
And what makes you think that free Logitech support is not available?
There is an e-mail form for sending problems to them, at the end of the general Troubleshoot in the software.
Also there is usually a tab for Contact in the Tip Center.
