Harmony 550 will not update activities from pc to remote

As the subject states it will not update at all.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps as indicated through the web interface.  It recognizes the device in device manager.  I have really exhausted all of the options there and I am not a new user to the remote.  I have successfully been using the xbox 360 version for well over a year.

 

Has anyone else encountered this?  I did update the remote just prior to having difficulties.  Is there a way to roll the software update back?

Hi and welcome!

- Try a different cable

- Try a different USB-port

- Try a different computer

- Deactivate antivirus

- Deactivate firewall

- Deactivate firewall in router
