Harmony Remotes - Programming

Im working on getting my new Harmony 659 working with my Sony Bravia, however the inputs do not seem to be working correctly.  The following work correctly:

TV                  Harmony

Tuner             InputTuner

AV1                InputVideo1

AV2                InputVideo2

Comp 1          InputVideo3

Comp 2          InputVideo4

HDMI 1          InputVideo5

HDMI 2          InputVideo6

However InputVideo7, InputVideo8, and InputVideo9 do not work for either of the remaining inputs on the tv (HDMI 3 and PC).  How can I get these to work?

Try a couple of different model numbers to see if you can find the working commands you need.  Try model number KDL-26L5000.  If it works you can have Logitech add the commands to your TV.

Also if you cannot find a working command you can use  InputVideo6 then add an "input next" command as additional to your activity.

Ok so I found that the KDL-40V4000 PC input works for the KDL-32L5000 and am emailing Logitech to see if they can add it.  Now just looking for the HDMI3 input button, its gotta be out there somewhere...hopefully.

If you can find a working HDMI 3-InputVideo7 for a Sony TV, I also would like to know the model.

Hi,

try to go to the last working input and send a couple of InputNext commands. If this brings you to the desired inputs, add the InputNext's to your activities as a workaround. Then inform Logitech support about that issue, they can combine that commands to a new command.

Id prefer to just go directly to the input rather than using the next input command but i may have too.  I found this post which might work too. Ill send logitech another emal and see if they can get it done.

Which is exactly what you'll be able to do when Logitech support "combine the commands to a new command."
