Harmony Remotes - Programming

I have some issues with a Harmony 670 remote; I added a device and re-programmed the remote and now I cannot modify the additional buttons on the LED screen.

Button 1 – TiVo

Button 2-LiveTV

Button 3 –Frame Advance

Button 4 –ThumbsUp

I want to swap buttons 1&2 and I want to make button 3 DirectionUP and Button 4 DirectionDown, however when I customize the buttons and update the remote the buttons stay the same and I cannot change the labels or actions.

The PVR is a TiVo model TCD-652160 (info from the back of the TiVo), I chose the Device – Settings – Customize Buttons – select the Additional Buttons tab – change the buttons and update the remote, yet nothing changes. All other functions work.

I am running Windows7 have the latest remote software installed (7.7.0). I changed two of the standard buttons and the new Activity with the new device works, I just can’t change the LED buttons. Suggestions?

Never mind. I found this very slow website http://members.harmonyremote.com/EasyZapper/New/Main.asp and I was able to configure the buttons.

There's no point in Customising buttons in the devices area.

All controlling is done in Activities so that is where you Customise.
