Harmony Remotes - Programming

I have a Harmony 880 and got it setup just fine except I cannot get it to change the channel up. I have a Rogers Digital Set Top Box (Scientific Atlanta 3250D)

Do I have to now setup the 3250D to recognize my new remote? Does anyone know what that code is? I would really like to get this going for good.

I tried programming it from my remote through infared. I update it but it still will not change up.

so all other commands are working except the channel up?  and you tried learning from the original remote?

when you tried the learning, did you try the default learning only? or did you also try learning in raw format?  if you haven't tried learning in raw format, in the learning area, select 'custom' and then you'll have the option to try learning in raw format.

I tried both methods. Raw did not work for me. It is so weird. This is the second remote that I have an issue with. First one would not update. A month plus later Logitech replacement comes and now I can't change up. I just really, really want to start using this and not worrying about it anymore. I never had any issues with Logitech till now... so I am doing my best to stay patient.

Any other tips would be appreciated.

Hi,

map the command in question to another hardkey or the LCD for testing. Is it working now? Then it wouldn't be a problem with the command, but with the key itself.
