Harmony Remotes - Programming

Hi I am trying to add new receiver for DirecTV. I can get the device selection, then model name but I can't key in model number!! Any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

Er, what's stopping you keying it in?

The box where you key in number will not accept cursor to type it in. I have updated firmware, rebooted pc and still can't type in that box :-(

Hey! I haven't come across that problem before - is this the first time you've tried to set things up?

First time for receiver, had time warner but switched to directv and not able to add it. I did add an xbox with no problem.

I also hit the next button to see what happened got same page with red line box around the model box but still can't type....

What is the model number of your DirecTV receiver?

HR 20-100S

When you add it as a Device, add it as Video Recorder/PVR, DirecTV, HR20-100S.  If it still won't let you type in a model number then contact Harmony Support

Yes PVRs come under Video Recorder - how odd is that?!
