Harmony One Advanced and Epic Sound Home Theater

OK i have the Harmony One Advanced it is working with all my other items but my home theater. It is not listed in the supported devices and there is no visable serial number i can see on the home theater. When the remote trys to learn the commands all i can get is week ir signal and nothing else. I changed the batteries in the remote before doing this to. Any Help.

Isn't there anything in the database with at least the same brand name as your device?

The nearest I can find is Axion instead of Axiom.

I suggest now referring this to Logitech support by phone or e-mail.

Thats not the manufacture I found them finally though.

Logitech told me to get the Hex code though their phone number has been disconnected leading me to believe they have gone out of business. 

 

Though dous anyone have the hex code for the Epic-600

So you've got through to Logitech and theyve answered right away?

What did they advise about getting the One to "learn" from the system's original remote?

The remote wont learn the other remote im having to try and get a hex code for the home theater.
