Harmony Remotes - Programming

Does anyone know how to make the power button on the Harmony One turn on my favorite activity. It just seems natural to pick the remote up and hit the power button and expect the TV to turn on. However, I have to select the activity I want on the touch-screen. I realize that the power button is labeled OFF but is there any way to get it programmed to turn on my favorite activity.

The Off button is not able to be reprogrammed, it only functions to turn everything off.
