Trying to set up my remote with a new digital box. however i get an error message when trying to update remote stating "The IR Sequence for the digital set top box does not exist" any thoughts??

Is your digital box also a DVR?  If it is did you add it as a Video Recorder/ PVR?  Try deleting the device and then readd it to your Account
