Harmony Remotes - Programming

Whenever I go from my Play Wii activity and the to watch TV Activity instead of going to the right input channel (HDM1) the the tv's freeze button is activated.  My sony soundbar is not affected,  This does not happen when I go from my Watch blu-ray to Watch tv for my sony bluray, only from Play wii to Watch tv.

I am having a similar problem with the remote.  My harmony 550 freezes when going to another activity.  Last Month, I got a new 550 to replace my well used model and decided to reprogram my activities.  I inadvertently did a firmware update when I got a new 550 and the problem has been here since.  Very frustrating when the old setup was working fine.  Another issue is when I set up the devices, the old Dynex LCD32 had the VGA setting, a year later the same setting for the same set is gone.  Any ideas are appreciated.

These are two very diffeerent problems, and if you each want to give us some more details of yours we'll see what can be done to fix them for you.

I am  using a Harmony 550 and when transitioning to another activity the freeze function activates, but it is not all the time and seems more prevalent on HDMI changes.  The irony (as I stated in my post) is re setting my devices (Actually changed my media PC and DVD) with new settings, but the dynex lcd 32 is the same.  It is odd that the profile for this item changed as the VGA setting is no longer there and I wonder if there is another model that could have replaced it.  The only other change was the firmware.  This was all done prior to the xmas holiday and I have searched the forum applying some changes (then restoring), but still not the same response from the remote.  I do not see a way to restore the firmware, so I am certain it is the TV settings.  Thanks for your help!
