Call me crazy, but I can't for the life of me get the remote to switch HDMI inputs. I have Dish hooked to HDMI 1, Blue-ray to HDMI 2 and Apple TV to HDMI 3. Wii is hooked up to Input 1 and works fine when switching from HDMI 1 to Input 1 and in reverse. Will not swtich from Input 1 to HDMI 2 or 3 and cannot switch between HDMI's. Any thoughts?

Dangerous though it may be, I'm going to start with a couple of assumptions.
- I have a Mitsu WD65736 so assume they're fairly similar.
- I assume that you're able to use your original Mitsu remote to switch inputs and that they are properly configured on your TV (Menu>Inputs)?
- I have a Harmony 520 (my first Harmony product) and have no problems controlling the inputs so given my understanding that all Harmony remotes work from the same device database, what works for my remote should translate to yours.
Confirm inputs properly configured
- Select Devices>TV>Settings
- Click Adjust inputs>Next
- Select Method 2 (I tried Method 3 which would seem to be the most appropriate, but it cycles through the inputs by counting them, which never did work right for me)
- Confirm that you have all of your inputs listed. In my case, I have Inputs 1-4, HDMI 1-4, and Antenna 1-2. Click Next
- Confirm that your inputs correspond. (On my TV, it doesn't show Input 4 in the drop down on this last page, so I just set it to Input 3 since I don't use the front ones.)
Set up activities
When you set up your activities, make sure that you choose the proper inputs on the TV and you should be good to go.

This will help to get the Direct input commands from the original remote.

Having the discrete codes makes life soooo much easier. Thanks for the help and now I don't have to worry about my mother in law tonight!

towboy,
Do you also have this info for the WD 65736 remote? Logitech omitted(gasp!) the discrete code for Input 4 in the device profile.
Thanks.

This is the only info I have found for Mitsubishi's but it has worked for many models did you give it a try?

Just to put this on the radar for people searching for answers: This solution also works for LT-52259 aka unisen TV's. Thanks.
