Harmony Remotes - Programming

I set up my Harmony One and it worked great all the activitys worked and had no problems. Went to bed, the next day the DVR commands were not working. The DVR turned on correctly but I could not use the guide or change the channels or anything. The tv volume and that stuff worked fine just not the DVR. I programmed the remote again and it worked fine then i turned everything off, left the house for a couple of hours and when i came back and turned evrything back on again the remote did not work again with the DVR only. Reprogrammed and worked fine. Why is it losing the commands or what am I doing wrong?

I would contact support in your case as something sounds wrong with the remote itself
