Hi,
The original remote for the 37LF66 only has a stateful input cycle button, which remembers the last input, and always cycles from there. I never managed to get this to work properly with my Harmony 525 (changing the command delay just seemed to make the problem worse), but I did find some input buttons in the Harmony configuration that work as stateless input switches:
Switch input to DTV: (unavailable)
Switch input to TV: InputAnt/Cable
Switch input to AV1: InputVideo1
Switch input to AV2: InputVideo2
Switch input to AV3: InputVideo3
Switch input to Component: InputComponent1
Switch input to RGB: InputRGB
Switch input to HDMI1: (unavailable)
Switch input to HDMI2: (unavailable)
There are a bunch of other codes like InputSvideo1, some of which work as duplicates of the above functions, others which the set doesn't respond to at all. What I'm looking for is the codes for DTV, HDMI1 and HDMI2. In the Harmony configuration there are only stateful buttons available for these:
Toggle between HDMI1 and HDMI2: InputDVI/DTV
Toggle between DTV and TV: Digital/Analog
In addition to that, only one of the stateless power switches works, PowerOff turns the set off, but PowerOn does not turn it on.
The fact that some of these codes work, seems like proof to me that the TV set does support stateless switching, but the Harmony database does not contain the correct codes.
Is it possible for Logitech to somehow acquire the correct codes from LG to update the database? I saw that the TV set's manual contains a comprehensive list of RS2-232 (serial) codes, but there is no mention of infrared codes.
This would be very useful as I am totally unable to use the activities menu! HDMI1 is a very important input to be able to switch to in a stateless manner, because that is where my satellite HDTV receiver is connected to. I also have a problem with switching satellite channels, but I'll make a separate thread for that.

Thanks for the info ![]()
Your post got me to download the manual again (seems like I got a different version this time, 25MB pdf versus a 7MB pdf I got earlier), and I do see infrared hex codes, but it only lists the ones that are on the original remote. Clearly, there are other remote codes the TV responds to, but they're not listed.
I'll see if I can mail LG asking for extended IR codes, although I wonder if "mere consumers" would get access to this kind of information as easily as dealers, servicepeople, or Logitech themselves.

In your original post you said commands for HDMI1 and HDMI2 were unavailable, but in fact they are present, along with many others, in the Harmony database for your model of TV.
Did you mean that you had tested these and found they do not work?

OK, thanks for clarifying that - but to be 100% sure I was referring to the dropdown list of commands that appears when you look under Customise Buttons, not to some of the lists that appear at Adjust Inputs.
It is unusual for the discrete input commands to be incorrect, so as WA says you need to refer this to Logitech support for their attention - and to get the command list corrected.
