Harmony Remotes - Programming

hello im new to these forums and i came here to ask about a problem that ive had for like 5 weeks anyways i have a mitsubishi WD-60c9 and when i try to change the inputs it wont let me it just stays in the same input that it was in... i love this remote and i really cant live without it but this really makes me mad... hope you guys can help...

When do you have the problem with changing inputs, from an all off state or when changing between activities.  Also what Metod of changing inputs are your using, Method 1, Method 2, Method 3, or Method 4? ( Devices, TV, Adjust inputs)
