Can you custom name an activity? Say I want to name one TV Speakers, the only thing that I can find is pre named ones. If i choose watch tv it will name it watch tv 2, because I already have watch tv. I can't seem to find a place to edit the text or maybe you can't do that, i don't know.

Yes you can, in the software click on the Activity tab, select your Activity, and click on the settings tab, click on Rename Watch TV 2, and rename it what ever you want

I just found how to do it in another post. Sorry I should have searched first.

I can't believe I didn't see that tab, it was right under my face, oh well, brain fart for the day.

Ideally, this function should be from the Activities list directly. Seems like a lot of work to have to go through the "Settings" wizard just to re-type a name. One of my biggest gripes with the software is that it takes many many steps to do simple tasks.

The front page of Activities offers three options. The first option links to six more which include Rename Activity - not so "many many"?

Not really. I have to:

1. Click "Settings"

2. Click the "Rename Activity" option

3. Click "Next"

4. Rename the Activity.

5. Click "Save"

6. Click "Done" (totally redundant)

Good lord...

If you notice, the name of an Activity is selectable with your cursor right from the Activities list. Why can't I simply rename it right THERE?

Such  hard work those six steps, and something you have to do so often!

But yes, there could be a whole line of neat little icons for doing various things directly, alongside the one-touch bin for dumping the Activity altogether.

There are a whole lot of minor improvements that many of us have suggested.

We know they're they're not coming, so we learn to live without them.

Great, thanks!  This has helped a lot. I was wondering how to change my two TV activities from TV1 and TV2 to something more meaningful!
