Harmony Remotes - Programming

The remote is working fine with all my gear, but after ig goes into sleep mode it does not wake up unless I open it and reset the batteries.

I have done a firmware update and that has not remedied the situation. I have also tries multiple sets of batteries.

It looks like It's in need of a return unless a brighter mind can weigh in with a constructive suggestion.

Hi crapjack,

This is not normal behavior for your Harmony remote. If you haven't done so already, check for a stuck button. Remove the batteries from your remote and massage all of the buttons. Re-insert the batteries and test. Otherwise if your remote is brand new you can exchange it or contact Technical Support to confirm the issue and obtain the options to resolve this issue.
