HHatkin - I would really like to test with Logitech, but due to your excellent coaching, I have mine working pretty nice now, and more importantly, my wife loves it - the other 4 5 remotes have been put to bed!

Also, if you don't own a 608, how can you say the 607 codes are perfect? When I added a 607 to my device list, it was TOTALLY messed up! Once I deleted it, I had to go back through and set up all my activites again.

I've said that the 607 command is perfect, which it is, and that "as far as I am aware <the 608> uses exactly the same set of commands as the 607".

As the two models are so similar I'm very surprised to find that I was quite wrong.

I now am aware and will not advise any future 608 owners to try the 607 command set.

All that remains now is for Logitech to copy your amended and working set into the database entry.

Well, all I did was figure out the inputs. There are a hundred other commands that may or may not work. I guess since I now have the inputs figured out, if they gave me a full set of commands, I could at least get my inputs straightened out. Gotta think about it though!

The new commands can be added as a separate device so it will not interfere with what you have already setup.

Then I'd very much like to know whether or not the basic command set for the 607 works with the 608.

It really ought to as they are such similar models.
