Harmony Remotes - Programming

I had two pages of activities so far (12 activities) and everything worked fine but I added recently seven more activities. I updated the remote and now the activities icons on pages 3 and 4 are in the wrong locations. Please have a look at the pictures posted here: Harmony 1100 Activities Icons. I tried to re-create some activities, as well as to re-update the remote several times, but to no avail. I also re-ordered activities and updated the firmware. I also tried both on my Mac and PC. No change.

Today, I deleted the last seven activities and the icons for the first 12 looked okay. But when I add the 13th activity, it appears on the middle of the third page, instead of at the top.

Any idea what is going on and how could this problem be fixed? Is the remote toast? Thank you.

This is a know issue that Logitech is working on fixing.

Hi, welcome to the forum, and my sympathy with the problem.

It's one that I've had for months now, that I'm annoyed about, and that never gets fixed!

Could you post the pictures here please, so that everyone has access to them?

I'll do the same with mine later.

It's the only thing that's wrong though, so you needn't worry about your 1100's general condition.

For some reasons I cannot upload photos here. I tried with both Safari and Opera for Mac. I am not sure why it is not working.

However, please click here and you will be directed to my post on another site where you could see photos of the four screens. Very annoying for such an expensive product!

Please do put to Logitech support that point about the top-of-the-range expensive Harmony having a major fault.
