Harmony Remotes - Programming

When all devices are off, when I click "Watch TV" all devices are set correctly i.e.. Receiver set to "TV/DBS".  When on "Watch DVD", switching to "Watch TV" does not switch the source to "TV/DBS", it stay on "DVD".  I need to use the original receiver remote to change.

The receiver is a JVC  RX-888VBK.

Any suggestions?

Increase the Inter-device delay for the device in question
