Harmony Remotes - Programming

Did someone programmed Harmony 550 for Comcast satellite box 722K?  Is not in database and I need several 'hot keys' which are not on Harmony 550 (like "DVR", "screen size").

Did you try the alternative model Comcast Prima that the software offers?

Sorry, must be Dish Network VIP 722 and that one is in the database.

Well is it a Cable or Satellite system, two different systems?

satellite, but as said it's dishnetwork 722 and it's in the database.  however, there is no map how keys are mapped from the 722-remote to the H-550.

Any missing commands that are missing for your Activity can be added by selecting your Activity and click on Customize Buttons.  Standard keys = the hard buttons, and Addition buttons = the LCD buttons  For the DVR command if it isn't listed it may have a different name such as List

With the Device set up as Satellite and Activity as WatchTV(DVR) the buttons are all assigned, except DVR which can be Customised to any button of your choice.

And what I'm missing is a manual how to do this.  Where is a user manual?

rhachey nicely laid out where you can change the button mappings (including where you would need to go to place commands on the LCD of the activity)

Customise Buttons is the third of the principal options for each Activity.

There should be a Manual in the software for your Harmony.
