I've had the same set-up for more than a year with no problem, until my TV was replaced under warranty last week.
It's the same model Sanyo PDP42 Plasma, and is connected to a HD cable box via HDMI, a DVD/HDD recorder via component. Sound is direct from Cable box to Pioneer surround system via optical.
I have the 525.
When I select "Activity", "watch TV", everything works fine, except that the TV won't turn on.
"Help" button on remote won't fix, and even if I select "Devices", "TV", "power on" it won't work.
In devices mode, under additional buttons there is also listed "Power off" and "Power Toggle", neither of these work either.
I must use original remote to turn it on.
"Power off", "Power on" and "power toggle" will all turn the TV off in devices mode.
TV also powers off when you end the activity using the actual power button on the harmony.
The same button is used for power on and power off (power toggle) on the original remote.
What I've tried so far:
Using trouble shooting in devices, TV:
-Learnt via IR the "Power" command direct from original remote.
-In "does not respsond to commands enough or too much", changed setting all the way up to 5.
Please help!

Hi,
did you do the learning in analyzed or cutomized format. I suggest to learn in customized (raw) format with a slight longer press on the respective button. If this doesn't help, contact Logitech, they should enable the duration field for the power command.

Hi Listener,
Was in analysed, went back in did in raw format.
Because of my other attempts at resolving the problem, I had caused another problem, which was after powering down, it actually turned the TV back on.
After setting "responding too much or not enough" all the way back to 0 from 5,and relearning with a short press of the button, fixed!
Thanks for you help!
