I recently purchased the JBL Control 2.4G Wireless Speakers, which was supposed to come with a remote for the speakers, but instead they gave me the Harmony 520. I was assured that it would work. However I cannot seem to get them connected, and I am not sure what I did wrong. I tried adding the device as an amplifier, and I got it added, but it still does not work. What the original remote was supposed to do was to turn volume up and down on the speakers. Somebody Please Help.

Hi and welcome,
I've setup the speakers as amplifier => JBL => Control 2.4G to my configuration. The command set provided seems more like for an AVR. Have you checked in device mode, whether at least some of the command are functioning? If none of them works, contact Logitech support about this issue. They should be able to provide a working set of ommands.
Greetings
