Harmony Remotes - Programming

My online configuration is blank.  My remote has a fully funcationing program running in it.  How do I upload my remotes config to the website?

First, what remote do you have? Are you saying that when you hook up the USB and run the software, the device setup doesn't populate to the software?

Harmony 520.  I messed up on the config online so I removed it all.  Now it is blank.  If I hit update remote, I expect the online blank to overwrite the remotes config which is partially correct.

You shouldn't have done that. The online config is the only config. Updates are always one way - from PC to remote. I agree that the harmony software stinks, but that's the way it works, and we're stuck with it. There is a way to backup the file that gets downloaded to your remote using the web config page, but that's not very useful.
