I am also having this issue with my 880. I submitted my issue via their email support form (I no longer qualify for free phone support). Hopefully, they will get clobbered by enough complaints about this to react quickly, as it must be especially frustrating to new users that never even got a successful configuration to complete.

It seems there is an issue updating for some Harmony customers at the moment. Our IT department is currently investigating this issue. I will post an update immediately once more information becomes available and I apologize for this inconvenience.
