Hi, I wish to use my 1100 remote to control a media center PC running Win 7. I currently use a Wireless (not IR) keyboard, with a trackpad for cursor control. I have programmed my 1100 with all the functions I need from a IR Media Centre Remote except the ability to move the cursor accuratly. Is there a facility to turn the touch screen into a trackpad, or can I use the 'hard buttons' to move the mouse. I have tried to teach the hard up/down buttons, but it only moves the cursor a bit, even if I keep the button pressed.
Any help would be appreciated, or any model numbers for IR keyboards that have trackpads that would work.

If you learn the commands correctly, the repeats will work as they should. Re-learn using the short presses (around half a second). THIS receiver works very well with my harmony (and several other remotes). There is no way to make the touchscreen a trackpad.
