Harmony Remotes - Programming

i also have added the wd tv hd mediaplayer to my hormony one.

The only hardware button who is not working is the back button (with the arrow on it) ianyone else have the same problem?

i have trid to add him manually ,with no succes .

Hi,

have you tried to learn it in RAW-mode? To do so, click on the custom button in the learning area of the software. It learns the command 'as it is'  without trying to analyze it.

i have tried the raw option ,but with no succes

I have noticed now that when i push the back button (with the bended arrow pictogram) when i am in the wd tv hd media player mode, that the arrow button isn't transmitting at all.

when i am in TV mode the button is transmitting just fine.

I think i oversee something?

Did you check that the "Back" command of the WD TV assigned to that button on your remote? It may or not be the same with both the device mode and the activity which you're using while watching WD TV.
