they changed the functionality...I doubt you'll get it back.

 

either way, you should really contact logitech to voice your opinion...this is a user discussion forum (with a few logitech people that pop in from time to time)...so you can make sure your voice is heard by contacting them directly

I thought this was the best place to voice my opinion myself.

Is tech support the best place ? I've been down this route,

and it's not like it made a difference. Here, on the other end,

I get feedback from someone, i.e. my fellow users of the 680.

yes, you get feedback from other 680 users...but sadly, unless you get them all to call in or email logitech, the opinion is largely preaching to the choir....
