Harmony Remotes - Software/Firmware

Just got this remote last week and noticed that when I am in the DVR activity mode (for a DirecTV HR-21) and I hit the 123 number pad mode that the #9 on the keypad is on the next page.  Anyone seen this and have they come up with a fix.  I thought about what is more important, a 9 or a 0.

Hi Symneter,

The 9 button appears on another page only in Device mode. Please use the Watch DirecTV activity and press the number icon in the corner of the screen to get the number pad to appear.
