I had to delete the activity to get the sequence to come off the remote, but I didn't need to delete the device... watch DVR had to go, but my motorola dvr box stayed on the list.

I found a solution that worked for me on Vista.
I deleted all my activities from my device AND from the website. It then worked perfectly. Not an ideal solution, as I had to re-install all my activities, but at least my Harmony 1000i is back doing it's job. My devices did not need deleting.
I had also uninstalled and reinstalled the Java and Harmony software, but I strongly feel that a corrupted activity was the culprit.
