sorry for my ingles.i am rookie in this.
My question is: where can I find the firmware for the 885 and harmony as I install it. Bone erase flash memory and to restart it. thank you very much

In the English user interface there is a green Downloads button in to upper right, I'm sure there's a similar button in other languages.  From there you can force a firmware upgrade.  After this you should update the remote settings to make sure they're in sync with the new firmware you've installed.
