logging in to client software takes me straight to "finish setup"

i have downloaded the client software (mac version) and logged in, but i must have played about with this before as once i log in it takes me straight to "finish setup" and assumes i have a harmony 659 (which i don't).

is there any way i can reset my account so that it starts from scratch ?

i tried the "software reset tool" but that didn't solve the problem.

Re: logging in to client software takes me straight to "finish setup"

if you want to start from scratch, you can just create a different account

Samsung LCD HDTV (LN52B750), Scientific Atlanta HD DVR Cable Box (Explorer 8300HD), Panasonic BluRay Player (DMP-BD55), Onkyo Receiver (TX-SR806), XBox 360, Nintendo Wii, SlingCatcher....all with my Harmony 1100 w/ Wireless Extender
Samsung LCD HDTV (LN40B640), Scientific Atlanta HD DVR Cable Box (Explorer 8300HD), Panasonic Blu-Ray Player (DMP-BD60), SlingCatcher, Monoprice HDMI Switch (HDX-501)....all with my Harmony 900 w/ 2 Blasters

Re: logging in to client software takes me straight to "finish setup"

you can delete all the activities, then delete all the devices...see the trash can icons near each...

and after that, you can hit the upgrade remote button to change you to the correct model

but it's just easier to create a new account

Samsung LCD HDTV (LN52B750), Scientific Atlanta HD DVR Cable Box (Explorer 8300HD), Panasonic BluRay Player (DMP-BD55), Onkyo Receiver (TX-SR806), XBox 360, Nintendo Wii, SlingCatcher....all with my Harmony 1100 w/ Wireless Extender

Re: logging in to client software takes me straight to "finish setup"

i don't have any trash icons on the screen.
i am stuck on the screen as per my screengrab.

the "previous" button is greyed out so i can't move back.
