When I start pc-activity the stereo turns on but it does not respond to volume up or volume down buttons.
In all other activities volume up and volume down buttons works fine.
How come? What can I do to solve this?
(I have a pc connected to my TV. Both video and sound are connected to the TV. I also have other devices connected to my TV in the same way. My TV is then connected to a stereo ("mini system").)

Hi and welcome.
The obvious suggestion is that when you set up the Activity you did not set the correct Device to control the volume.
Look in Customise buttons to see which Device appears beside the volume commands.
If that is not the cause we'll try something else.

As hhatkin responded, the volume is probably linked to the PC's volume control.
You can either change that and/or add alternative vol up/down commands to the soft buttons... i.e. the stereo buttons to the volume buttons and the pc's volume control to a soft button screen.
