880 Flashing In Cradle and does not Charge

[ Edited ]

My 880 has been in storage for about a year, and I wanted to use it again. However it doesn't seem to work at all.

When I place the 880 in the cradle to charge it, it automatically goes into this Testing mode, and the screen just ends up flashing forever. I thought maybe the battery was super low, so I left it overnight, but it's still the same.  Here's a video link so you can see the issue.

It happens with or without the battery, but I'm really not sure what the issue is. Do I just need a new battery? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

- Joe

Re: 880 Flashing In Cradle and does not Charge

With rechargeable batteries it's best that don't let them drain completely down.  You may have to replace the battery. You can either order them from Logitech or you can order them online from Best Buy ( they don't carry them in ther stores)
