Well I have manage to fix this.
TV have 3 HDMI connectors :
No.1 and 3 are ordinary ones
No.2 is HDMI (ARC) - Audio Return Chanel.
I have had Onkyo connected with TV through HDMI2 (ARC)
So I have change the TV input and now all devices turn off the way as they should.
But other activities messing up - for example Listen radio
For this activity everything need to be off except Onkyo AV receiver.
When I choose Listen Radio, Onky will turn on but after few seconds TV turn on as well.
I don't understand why. TV is not included in Radio activity.
Onkyo is not connected anymore via HDMI2 (ARC)
So why something swithing on the TV ?
I hope you understand my needs as I am not native English speaker ![]()

Hi irootsk,
Please disable the HDMI-CEC settings of your Panasonic TV as well as your Onkyo Receiver. Just check each device's user's manual for instructions how to disable that function.
For Panasonic TV, HDMI-CEC settings is called Viera Link , and for Onkyo Receiver, it is RIHD (Remote Interactive over HDMI) or HDMI control.
Regards,
CJ

Thanks a lot Silverfoxx - it seems that disabling HDMI-CEC solved my issue. I have tried to use FM tuner from Onkyo and TV stay powered off. Finaly my wife will like the Harmony One ![]()
