Any future plans for a product that will Control the RF portion of a Dish 500 (Echostar)?

Hello All:

I am the owner of an 890 (Happy owner, I might add..) and was just wondering if I have missed any future plans for a method of controlling the RF portion of the Dual features found on some of the Sat boxes?

I suspect everyone knows of what I speak, but just in case; Some Sat receivers allow a household to watch two different programs in two locations, 1 TV is plugged directly to the Sat Receiver, the 2nd TV is routed into your old house cable network and picked up on a settable channel on the remote second TV. The issue for those of us that use this system (many, I think) is that we would all love to have a Logitech unit to control the #2 unit that is controlled by a Radio Frequency (Sadly, not the Z wave band) so our Wife's can watch a DVD, Sat or VHS (Haven't done that for a good while..) and we don not have to be human remotes. My 890 does the job wonderful on the #1 system connected directly to the receiver and I am allowed to watch the TV as opposed to constantly raise and lower volume, fast forward or change channels on one of the 3 remotes for #2:smileysad:.

Best,

Joe

Also the new 922 will only be controlled by RF.  Unfortunatly RF is propriatary and no way to make this work.
