Anyone ever had this issue? Harmony 610 + Samsung + Netflix...

Hi, all.
I just received a new (refurb) Harmony 610 and have it setup (for the most part). System is Samsung TV, Samsung BD-4600 Blu Ray (problem area), DTV DVR and Sony Home/AV speakers. My issue is that I can't access Netflix from my remote (my BD streams wirelessly) when using the color coded Green button. All the other buttons work to access other streaming features, such as Pandora, Blockbuster, etc.
I had to set this up as custom after trying to go through the learn IR and Raw IR a number of times. Custom activity button setup worked to get it to where I am, but even when I switched button A (red) with B (green), I was able to use the green button for Blockbuster, but could not use the A button to access Netflix. In essence, regardless of button, I can't seem to access Netflix. I should also note that all the A-D colored buttons work fine with the TV/DVR, so it seems this is the only hang up I can see as of now.
When I use my Samsung BD remote, I can get into Netflix and then the Harmony works fine to scroll through my queue. But without getting into Netflix via the Harmony 610, the remote in essence is not doing what I need it to. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Anybody have any ideas on this one? I fear I have t osend this remote back if I can't get it to work with accessing Netflix. I've had it for a few days now, and it seems to do everything else. Thanks in advance!
