Harmony Remotes

The backlight on my 550 has started to not turn off for some reason unless I hit the glow button.
I even re-programmed it and bumped the glow time down to 10secs but it still does the same thing.
It gets stuck "on" and stays that way until you press the glow button.

Anyone else having this issue?
Just spoke to a friend with a 550 and his started doing this as well.
Both remotes are not that old at all.

There are a number of people (I am one of them) who experienced this problem. Just do a search and you'll find other posters reporting it. I suggest you call the tech support and arrange for the remote replacement. Unfortunately, Logitech seems to take it's time when it comes to shipping replacements. I've been waiting over three weeks now for mine.
