Harmony Remotes

Hi,

I have had my Harmony One for less than a year and the battery will not charge.

The remote displays a message that the battery level is low.

I put the remote in the cradle to charge. The battery charging icon comes on for a few seconds and then dissappears.

Despite repeated efforts the battery does not charge, therefore my remote does not work.

I have reset the battery and cleaned the contacts - still no charging.

It seems a shame that a remote less than a year old would have a piece of junk for a battery, especially at this price.

Where's a good place to purchase a new battery?
