Harmony Remotes

My screen is blank!  The rest of the remote is working fine.  I tried updating it, but the problem persists.  There isn't a FAQ for remotes that work but have a blank screen.

How can I fix this???

Try doing a firmware update.

I have the same problem.  I noticed that the LCD screen was in welcome mode and would not change so I took the batteries out.  When I replaced them, the LCD screen never came on.  I also replace the firmware with no success.

Hi,

one final thing is to check for stuck keys on the remote. Usually this doesn't happen with this models, but who knows?

I connected it to the USB and all that, tried to update a few settings, but that didn't help.  Is this what you mean by a 'firmware update"?

Thanks for the reply, but no such luck.  Today I realized I can sometimes use the remote as long as the screen isn't involved.  But I say "sometimes" becuase despite using other buttons that aren't connected w/ the screen, it doesn't always function.

No, start the software, click on Downloads at the top of the page, Click on Firmware and follow the instructions

Any updates to this issue?  Tried the firmware update as well and the LCD is still blank...
