Can't log in

[ Edited ]
Whenever I try logging into their client software or through members.harmonyremote.com, I receive this error:

>DataModelDN.Lib error '80131500'
>
>Could not find DEFAULTCOMPILETARGET Xml element under parent element USER.
>
>/EasyZapper/UserHome.asp, line 102

Anyone know what's going on here? I've tried searching the forums and found some remedies... but none of them have worked. I've tried different browsers (IE, Firefox, Camino), different computers (XP and OSX), ISPs (Hawaii Roadrunner and work), and a dozens of different proxies. I've also tried turning off the firewall and bypassing my router by directly connecting to the cable modem.

Re: Can't log in

Hi,

I thought it could be that too, but this has been going on since Friday. Anyone else having trouble since then?

Re: Can't log in

I was finally able to get past the login screen by creating a new account. I guess my old one was somehow corrupt!

Re: Can't log in

I have a harmony 300

I am trying to log in.

I have an Acer Aspire 5750 running Windows 7. My preferred brower is Google, but Myharmony.com tells me that Google software is not supported.

I also have Explorer 9 but everytime I try to login Explorer 9 crashes.

I am pretty hached off!!
