Harmony Remotes

My Harmony One battery has not been holding a charge for long, so I purchased a new one. My problem isthat I can not get the old one out. Can anyone tell me if there is some special procedure to remove the old battery?

It sounds like the battery has swollen, as the battery should just slide out I would contact Harmony support

Thanks for the info. Based on your reply, I decided to try one more attempt at removing the battery (with a pair of needle nose pliers this time) and I was able to get the battery out. It was quite swollen. The new battery is in, charged, and working.
