Harmony Remotes

Can I please have advice if any of Logitech remote controls will control a denon avr-1612 amp as well as a Samsung series 7000 tv & Samsung blue ray player and sky set top box

All Harmony remotes can control the same devices.  If your devices are controlled by IR then any Harmony remote will be able to control them. I have Samsung TVs and nBlu-ray player and have no problem controlling them.  Other users are able to control Sky boxes and Denon AVRs
